Our respective stories are incredible, as we walked two totally different journeys and unknown to us, our journeys towards healing were very similar in nature. Throughout our respective journeys we both grew internally and as individuals, through the principle of immersion, and through having embraced a multidimensional approach to healing, growth and happiness. Whilst Lee’s growth took place over many years and was gradual in nature, Michael’s growth towards happiness and fulfilment developed relatively quickly.
This crisis won’t be solved by policies or word alone. It will be solved by people and by organisations. By conversations. By compassion. By courage. By sharing stories. By creating safe spaces. One man at a time.
We didn’t set out to start a company. We set out to survive. To heal. To understand why … and through that process - through years of painful lessons, heartbreak, trial and error - we discovered not only how to restore our own lives, but how to help others do the same.
